Clothing is a fractal of the larger state of manufacturing in the US. You’ll learn a lot more than just how fun it is to thrift. You’ll learn that there is no such thing as season/in style — it’s a total marketing scam invented to keep us consuming. You’ll realize that clothing made before 1990 is a whole different beast than anything made afterward (certain companies collapsed after NAFTA but their clothes are still circulating). Etc……
