Monk’s food diary


I’m starting this blog in an effort to get back to healthy eating. I used to hold myself accountable but since that’s not working out so well, I’m taking to the interwebs.

I got my ass out of bed this morning and did a pretty intense tabata circuit for 7 rounds of sweat. Squat and press with dumbbells, jumping jacks, forward lunges with bicep curls, high knees, pushups (brutal!), jumping jacks and planks.

Then I had what i’ll call “metabolism coffee” — iced coffee with 1/2 tbsp MCT oil and ground cinnamon and ginger. Only time will tell if MCT oil actually works. Or research, research will tell.
