macOS: How to edit annotations on the latest screenshot?

In the Monosnap editor, you can easily edit annotations before saving. See Monosnap Editor: How to select and modify objects or images? for more information. But sometimes it’s necessary to add changes after saving a screenshot. In this case, “Open Latest Image option may be useful.

How it works

  1. In the Monosnap status bar menu, select “Open Latest Image option.
  2. In the Monosnap editor, click on the object to select and modify.
  3. Save the modified file.

To speed up your workflow, you can set up a custom hotkey for this option in the Monosnap Preferences > Hotkeys window.
