Cheap auto insurance for a 17 year old male?

I did my cross plus last saturday and passed my exam that was driving month. Iam currently surprised to find that the bottom i’ve seemed to get my car insurance is 5000, I’m a full time 6th form student so just am I supposed to spend that? Is there EVERYWHERE where I can get inexpensive insurance for my car? (except gps field insurance with limitations for example penalties for going out past 11pm) any prior experiences? or recommendations? I realize that 17-year old men are higher risk to road users than others just qualified, but there should be some loopholes while in the method that will allow me to acquire an estimate that is cheap?
