Big fan of intermittant fasting. I have been doing it about two years. The key to my successful implementation was adding Bulletproof coffee to my morning. Yes is where you blend Grass-fed butter into your coffee. It does not break the intermittant fast and I feel great. You inspired me to write my next post on this. Thank you !
Great article. In my case, IF helped some of the chronic pain issues I was battling for yeare. However, I find it hard to skip breakfast. Instead, I don’t have dinner 3 — 4 times per week.
