“I didn’t expect people to do THIS with the app,” says Standa, our designer, looking disappointed. “We have to redo it,” he sighs.Our client has just launched a new app we’d designed. A stream of customer feedback has started pouring in, and minor use cases and imperfections of the app have begin to surface. Some of the texts don’t match the context, there are some missing information the customers need in order to decide, and in some cases we force people to do things in an illogical order.
