“Eat a live frog first thing in the morning and nothing worse will happen to you the rest of the day.”

The productivity takeaway here is this: the things that are distasteful (or difficult) are the things you tend to procrastinate on. Maybe they aren’t things that you hate doing, but whenever it’s time to work on them you find yourself looking for something else. You tend to seek distractions rather than buckling down and getting the job done. But these things also typically have the biggest potentially positive impact on your life. So if you can make a habit of overcoming procrastination and taking action on these things at the beginning of the day when you have the most mental energy available, you have the power to change your situation for the better.

“Do the hard jobs first. The easy jobs will take care of themselves.”
Dale Carnegie

Simply put, your frog is the most important task. It is the thing that moves the needle the most towards your ideal future. It is probably very important, but not very urgent. So make sure you tackle this tasks when you the most energy and willpower available.

If you spend any time at all researching life hacks, you’ve probably heard of the famous Pomodoro Technique. The Pomodoro Technique is a time management philosophy that aims to provide the user with maximum focus and creative freshness, thereby allowing them to complete projects faster with less mental fatigue.

“Perfectionism prevents action. Waiting until you have devised the perfect solution to something is merely a form of procrastination.”
Staffan Noteberg

I apply Pomodoro Technique in completing my task of writing blogs of the project work. I switch of my phone and logout Facebook account to completely focused on my work. I give 1st twenty five to my first blog of kindness then I take five minutes break to drink tea. During next 25 mins again work on 1st blog and I complete it. Similarly I work on this blog and complete it.

I was feeling relax after completing these task and I complete in less time by just focusing on them and avoid any distraction.

The main reason to develop time management skills is so that you can complete everything that is really important in your work and free up more and more time to do the things in your personal life that give you the greatest happiness and satisfaction. To achieve this you have to continually work at getting balance in your life, which is something I completely agree with.
