I get a chance to go extra mile by In Person drop of CV and Cover letter. I decided to apply for teaching in school named Punjab Public School. I was once a student in this school and this time I was going to drop off my CV there to work there as a teacher. I was feeling excited and nervous at same time.
I update by CV and customize my cover letter. I reached the school at 10am. Here I met with a teacher. I asked her to meet with Mam Talha(Vice Principal of school and she also take interview). She asked me about my purpose to meet with Mam Talha. I told her that I am here to drop my CV and cover letter as I am applying for teaching here. She said that Mam is busy and you have to wait for half hour.
So I was ready to face the any challenges, I told her that I can wait for her. After about 45 mins, She come back and told me that Mam is free now and you can meet with her. I knocked at door of office and asked for permission to enter. I entered in office and after greeting I introduce myself to Mam Talha and hand over my CV and Cover letter. She also ask few questions. I answered them confidently and show my passion toward this position.
At the end, she said that she would like to see me in future. It was a great moment for me. The whole experience was very good. It really help me to build up my confidence and overcome by fear of failure. I was very happy when I come back home.

It’s important to realize that in everything we do, there’s always a chance that we’ll fail. Facing that chance, and embracing it, is not only courageous — it also gives us a fuller, more rewarding life.
