RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS

Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate. Kindness is best medicine, and being generous can change the world. Kindness simply is a positive action that leaves someone in a better situation than before. Its a great feeling to make someone smile. It can turns someone’s bad day into good one.
kindness is a quality that is contagious. When people notice others being kind, they become inspired themselves to act that way.
“In a world where you can be anything, be kind”
We can all practice kindness. It does not cost any money but it may take some time and energy. It may require thoughtfulness, to smile, to visit, to comfort or to offer encouragement or show friendliness. It is important to reiterate that for kindness to be a virtue it has to be a consistent trait that is displayed over time and not done to receive something in return.
‘’Kind words can be short and easy to speak but their echoes are truly endless’’. Mother Teresa
To be kind is more than being nice, more than being courteous, more than doing the morally right thing. All that can be driven by ego and have self-serving purposes. True kindness is generated by our spirit not our ego.

Here are some rand acts of kindness:
- Putting a port of milk for street cats
2. Guided my friend’s sister about different fields of Biology
3. Helped my younger brother in completing his assignment
4. Leave a good compliment on friend’s profile picture
5. Smile while talking to others because of mirroring effect of smile
All these acts not only make me feel but also feel stronger. When you are grateful and practicing random acts of kindness… the result is inner calm, clarity of thinking and a heart full of love. When people benefit from kindness they “pay it forward” by helping others who were not originally involved, and this creates a cascade of cooperation that influences dozens more in a social network.

The most powerful way to increase your short-term feelings of happiness is to perform random acts of kindness to others. BE KIND!
