We are thrilled to announce the introduction of Space Missions (NFT Staking) to the Moonieverse! This long anticipated feature will let Moonies join in on passive gameplay - another alternative for our players. Staking, as part of the Moonieverse, is also gamified and themed.
Space Missions are the passive gameplay part of the Moonieverse where we allow you to send your Moonie on a heroic mission into space!
Explore vast landscapes and hunt valuable treasure in the most dangerous and remote locations of the Moonieverse!

From now on, Moonie NFTs have one more utility in the Moonieverse! By staking them you will have an opportunity to earn passively on your NFT collection. Passive gameplay will decrease the number of NFTs available on the secondary market, thus increasing the price and rarity for a single OG Moonie in the Long run. Lucrative options for earning with the use of our friendly creatures will only increase, driving demand for them. Oh, and did we mention that new types and new missions can be unlocked while exploring the current ones? Make sure to keep an eye out for what’s coming next!

What are the plans for the future?
Future missions will include Missions dedicated to select types of Moonies or Moonies with specific traits. You can think about a Rescue Mission exclusive to Jedi Bittys. During that time, new planets/types of Moonies can be developed as the result of the exploration. Passive gameplay may also cross it’s path with Rocket Races and create a new more dynamic way of passive gameplay (including races, betting or breeding).
