A Message from Magus!

Firstly, what an amazing community we have! I want to thank each and every one of you, you are the pillars of change we have been planning and searching for.

In this massive undertaking of being the most meaningful NFT Mental Health DAO we need an army of positive thinkers and movers and we are truly blessed! Many of you know about the recent stocks/crypto/omicron market crash right at the time we launched, ETH hitting 2nd ATH and gas going through the roof, the massive lull in the NFT market right as we head into the holidays along with mobile tech issues that had its challenges but wow did you guys pull through over that, tbh many didn’t. The journey to build a wholesome long term NFT project in the midst of the state of NFTs at the moment we knew would be a challenge and changing that was something we sought out to do. Real change takes disruption, how to build a proper community within discord without toxicity, how to build meaningful conversations, how to mirror our mental health culture and build our tribe.

The strategy from the beginning was always to attain the right core base community to build with and alas we have found you. The nomads that see our vision and mirror our beliefs and from the beginning our belief wasn’t “day one” but “one day”, we are building a multi-year truly sustainable NFT project that will vouch for itself through its community over time not overnight. Now the real work begins! We want to keep our community of holders extremely tight, not 5000 holders — more like 1000. We want to keep the majority of token supply in the hands of the core community as we know this will have major repercussions as we head towards our Mental Health DAO and we know this will be the best way to reward our OGs!

We will empower you, our OG MoonWhip holders through the following:

1)Co-invest with MoonWhips to earn: Moving forward every 2 MoonWhips you invest in, we (Fuyoulabs) will invest 1 MoonWhip and give that MoonWhip to you. This extends to any number you are willing to invest in, so say u do 20 MoonWhips we will invest 10 and give back to you!

2)Refer to Earn: For every 2 MoonWhip investment referrals, we will invest 1 MoonWhip and give it to you. This extends to as many as you wish to refer. This does not extend to just individuals but to the mints itself so if u refer 1 individual that invests 20 mints we will buy 10 mints and give it to you. *Only MoonWhip holders with the new OGholder role will have access to the above benefits. We will open up this benefit once the discord server has been restructured and will inform you ASAP

We believe building from within the core community and your outreach serves one of our strongest strategies, to bring in the same like-minded tribe to MoonWhips. The vision is simple — 1000 core OGs holding average of 11 MoonWhips and we reach our goal.

Our move forward will have heavy focus on our OG core community and we have planned a restructure of our Discord with new levelling system which will reflect this. This will be rolled out in the next few days — do not be alarmed as you see changes in the Discord. A brief run down on changes will be an OG-only section, a “tothemoonies” section and a general new “moonies” section each with its own levelling system all with the target to build MoonWhips with the right following.

-Discord Restructure (next 48 hrs)
-MoonWhips 1.5 Roadmap revealed in detail (next 48 hrs)

Following the above we will re-design MoonWhips.io frontend to mirror our long term approach and Discord follower clean-up (so many in here not for the right reasons along with 30% bots — our log shows past 2 days over 1k unique real new users so we will create a fair process to clean out)
