Litecoin Developer Confirms Mimblewimble’s Development Has Already Started
Mimblewimble is the advanced privacy feature on the network that allows individuals to send and receive LTC transactions knowing that their information is protected from the general public. Those information’s include Sender’s address, Receiver’s address, Amount of tokens or cryptocurrencies sent or received. MimbleWimble uses elliptic-curve cryptography that requires smaller keys than other cryptography types, this means that in a network that is using the MimbleWimble protocol, there are no addresses on the blockchain, and the network’s data storage is highly efficient.
According to David Burkett, the main developer behind the project, the restructuring of core logic that will be shared between Grin++ and LTC. Post Mimblewimble’s development, LTC will be known for its advanced privacy features.
