When a woman tells you, “things have gotten really busy” that’s a nice way of telling you that she’s met someone else. Unmentioned busyness means you get fewer messages, but when you do get them they are usually in the vein of, “OMG I’m so sorry! Things have been crazy,” followed by a longer-than-you-asked-for explanation of what happened. But if she mentions being busy, it’s because she’s busy with another man.

What a load of stereotyping, misogynist bullshit. No wonder men who are into me treat me like shit when my life gets legitimately very busy at times. Is this seriously what you lot go around telling each other?
Because clearly a woman couldn’t be suddenly more interested in actual work/hobbies/friends/family/pets/travel/writing/music/etc than in the man she was seeing. Or for that matter, be busy with another woman or a non-binary person. If she’s lost interest in one man, it’s because she’s been stolen away from him by another.
Silly me, forgetting that anyone perceived as a woman is still considered property in the eyes of the vast majority of men. Having a life that DOESN’T revolve around dudebros? That’s unpossible?!!?!
