365 Days of Writing: #1

For the past couple of years, I had every intention of sticking to my New Year’s resolution of writing more. I planned to sit down daily in the early hours of the morning and write something, anything really, in the hopes that it would become a habit.

Well, 2016 flew by and I didn’t do it.

Then 2017 was gone as quickly as the flash of a camera, a momentary burst of time that’s still lingering as you blink away the light. And did I write more?

Of course not.

Will 2018 be the year I finally do it? Will I put pen to paper, or in this case fingers to keyboard, and get something out of my head every day?

Here’s to the first of 365 days of writing (I hope).
