A good read but one I can’t relate to. Me and my wife are married and we stay together for all the wrong reasons. She is a good mother and a good housekeeper. Her salary is a good addition to our bank balance. I like the way she handles life and how she deals with the world but I can’t bring myself to say that I love her. Love means passion, fire and these words don’t come to my mind when I think of her. Our early married days were devoid of this emotion hence the boat is shaky since the very start. We never had those magical moments in our relationship, probably because I never felt attracted towards her. Although I know she passionately loves me and wants nothing but love and honesty from me. However, this lack of love in my heart keeps me from being loyal to her, however much I try. I want to have a happy, love-filled home but I will never be able to love her enough.
