Should I Have Kids?
Amy Cao Smith

I am a mother, working full time and yes motherhood did not affect my career because I had trusted caregivers. To each, their own. There is no right or wrong. It is all about what suits you and your partner. But then again, God’s plans are different. Always keep in mind that there might come a time when you long to have kids but you are not able to. I was not passionate about having kids either but an unplanned pregnancy midway through my career took me not only by surprise but by shock. I was least expecting to have a baby at such a crucial stage in my career as well as my relationship. But motherhood changes you, inside out. Now I have a successful career and a grown up kid, without either of them having to suffer. You just have to learn to balance and the little one will spark a fire in you by himself. You don’t have to worry about it. Best wishes for whatever is served in your plate.
