It will be very interesting to start writing in English for a blog for the first time. I've maintained — errr, a better description would be I have forgotten about— a blog in Spanish at http://moroniedu.blogspot.com with some really busy months a couple of years ago.
Today I am collaborating in an organization where, even though we are located in Leon Guanajuato Mexico, we speak English at all times during business hours. Our only break is during lunch and this is because we self imposed this rule. It has became our team’s brand (Oh look, those are the weirdos that speak English at all times…) and we like it, so our answer is always DEAL WITH IT.
