Food For Thought

  • When last did you connect to your inner self?
  • When last did you meditate on a word you heard?
  • When last did you actually feel something you touched?
  • When last did you pay attention to something you have been passive about?
  • When last did you stop to appreciate the sight before you.. nature perhaps
  • When last did you evaluate yourself? (Do you know your strengths? Do you know your weaknesses? Do you know your worth?)
  • When last did you make a conscious effort to move forward?
  • When last did you inspire yourself?
  • When last did you push yourself out of your comfort zone?
  • When last did you encourage someone?
  • When last did you actually give thanks for your life?
  • When last?

There are many more things we need to ponder about, these are just a few. In life, we are mostly on a fast lane ..sometimes barely paying attention to the little things we do. We do things impulsively or by reflex except when we are about to make big decisions. Let’s pause and think more often because the little things we do count.
