I agree with JavaBeans. This has to be difficult but thank you so much. I am seeing some crazy stuff going on. Pay specal attention to credit card and bank statements. Toyota Financial recently took $500 more from our payment (claims we clicked the wrong button) and will not return our $$ as a credit to the account they took it from. Instead, while admitting no wrong doing, they are “processing” a check which we should have received a week ago. Still nothing. And of course, by the time they do get that check to us, the next car payment will be due. Ripoff! And I see similar stealth actions across the board.
