Designed to power American troops during World War II, the original Jeep has just celebrated its 75th anniversary. An anniversary that the Wrangler, its spiritual descendant, celebrates with a unique model that looks straight out of the battlefield.

It was exactly on July 15, 1941 that the production of the Jeep, at the time known as the Willys MB, was launched. Will follow in 1944 the civil version Willys CJ which will itself open the way to the Jeep Wrangler whose first generation dates back to 1987. It is therefore natural to see the current Wrangler today pay homage to the very first Willys . A celebration that is reflected in this unique model using the hardware of the Jeeps used during the war: an olive green hue, the American crest and a number on the hood, solid rims wrapped in off-road tires without forgetting the lack of doors. Whatever which version of the vehicle is, they can just upgrade the Jeep Wrangler led headlights with the aftermarket headlights. The mechanics of this concept, on the other hand, have nothing to do with that of the Willys MB: instead of the 4-cylinder in line 2.2 of the ancestor, it is here a V6 3.6 Pentastar which slumbers under the hood, a block that develops 285 hp, almost 5 times the power of the original Jeep.
