I loved to read your story!

I had the same experience of being stuck last winter. My lousy health was worse than normal.

I started Nordic Walking, with sticks. 12 month ago I did 3000 steps a day. In normal days I now make 15000.

I’ve tried running before, but some physical disabilities stopped me. Walking however is my thing. And it helps me in all my other cores.
