What's Sweet in the sUIte (1st)

Ye, its sweet. Better than that, its emotionally appealing. And its just a software. And its just a Storage Management application, that’s all. But its much much more than that — its a better way of designing products for our customers — together with them, sharing ideas with them, testing their validity on them and understanding how our product is consumed to better design it and match their needs.

Our product is going to be tested, tested for 15th(!) time, next month. We’ll run usability tests with about 40 customers to ensure that our solution is designed right and potentially has no mistakes.

Mistakes are unacceptable in our field, because even single one can lead to huge losses to our customers, customers that trust us and our products. I’m sure that our pursuing for perfection in all aspects makes our products a standard leader in our field.
