Another day

Thats another day in my diary that I didn’t go for my ride. The alarm rang at 4:30 and for all the strong mind I had when I went to bed last night, there was no way I could simply turn off the alarm. So I snoozed. 10 min later the alarm went off again. I snoozed. And I snoozed. Snoozed and Snoozed. It was 6:30AM and I was able to get up without anymore snoozing. That was 120min of snoozing. 12 times hitting the snooze button.

Yeh, sure. I feel like crap.

Looking back at why some days its really hard to get up and go for ride — all most all those days I didnt have the much needed 7hrs of sleep. The small target of 150km per week — all it takes is 3 rides per week.

I want to ride tomorrow. I don’t want to hit that snooze button but I want to get up before the alarm. Thats the promise I am making myself.

Edit: 29APR2016 — I did make it today. It was a great ride I could maintain my tempo all through the ride.
