Every new year most Americans make resolutions to be the year they are going to be fit, and most of us keep our promise for a while as time goes on we slowly go back to our old habit, the next thing we know we fall off the wagon. According to the Women Health magazine, here are the lists of the things Americans will like to accomplish in the New Year:

1.Lose weight

2. Exercise

3.Drink more water

4. Quite smoking

5 Early to bed

6.Drink less

7.Pay off credit cards

According to these statics health is major concern for most of us, yet we are unable to maintain our momentum to achieve our goal. The biggest obstacle most health & fitness professionals don’t address; it is the mental aspect of training.

USTA (United State Tennis Association) did a study and concluded that psychological skill technique helps athletes make adjustment to their actions, thoughts, feelings and physical sensation to improve their performance.

Ordinary Americans can apply those same techniques to achieve their fitness goal.

At Live In The Zone Training, our 5 steps mind shifting techniques have been the core principles that are transfroming our students life! Here is one of our students Sandy Loop comments:

I was introduced to Moussa By my cousin Sarah, in my first session; I was impressed by level of energy displayed by everyone in the class. To be quiet honest I have never been in any training where the instructor was using so many quotations to motivate his students

One that resonate with me is when he said” greatness is little thing done well, day in and day out; staying in the moment and not get ahead of ourselves”

As we know everyone wants instant gratification, here I was reminded that in order to reach my goal, I needed to embrace the slow process of gaining one small victory at a time, I have been able to apply the same concept in my personal life, by living in the moment and appreciate more of the little thing in life. Since I started training at live in the zone training, I’m in the best shape of my life! I will recommend Moussa to anyone who’s looking for real result!

The 5 steps mind shifting techniques are based on 5 principles.

1.Imagery

2.Visualization

3.Emotion

4.Self talk

5.Execution
