The Movement Token

Upon the launch of The Movement DAO on the Ethereum computing platform, every participant will receive their token balance to their wallet address as specified in the official genesis list. During the organization’s activity determination phase, participants had the opportunity to raise their individual activity level according to which the respective amount of MVT was calculated at genesis launch.

Token Distribution & Bounty Program

Once the distribution allocation is finalized and the token delivery occurs, TAO generated in the activity phase will become available as MVT tokens. The total supply of MVT is 3 million. 2,700,000 tokens are distributed to the founding participants of the DAO, and 300,000 (10% of the total supply) will be allocated to The Movement DAO’s Bounty Fund. This fund is governed by the community and is designed to allow the establishment of an extensive bounty campaign. Anyone who takes part in building and shaping The Movement DAO is eligible to earn MVT tokens through the bounty program. It will consist of an Infrastructure Campaign (100k), Community & Spheres Campaign (100k), as well as an Artwork & 3D Creator Campaign (100k).
