More diversity and inclusion babble from leftists. No organization, no group, no division, no company in the world has a base that matches the demographics of the world. And it’s completely irrational to assume it would. Humans have freedom to choose different paths and they do. Expecting an organization to match race or gender demographics is mathematical nonsense. It would make sense if humans were random number generators then it would make sense. But we’re not. We’re sentient beings with free choice, free will, different interests and that is reflected in our life paths.
