Swimming in Lake Ontario is how Hannah Emigh, a junior at Oswego State, has stayed cool during the first week of the new semester.

Emigh, an economics and business administration major, thought her classes so far have been stressful, but interesting. She has enjoyed her labor economics class the most because she has a passion for economics and the class in particular is an interesting topic to learn about and study.

“[School] is stressful,” Emigh said. “As more time passes, the more stressful it gets. If anything, I’m looking forward to holidays, which are not even spent at school.”

In addition to staying cool, Emigh spent her first weekend back in Oswego partaking in fun activities to give herself a break from the stress of homework and studying.

“It was a very fun weekend to say the least,” Emigh said.
