What an interesting time…

The word “interesting” can go either way. It could mean positive, negative, or a nonchalant uncreative way of describing something — so that makes three possible ways.

2016 has positioned itself to be an interesting one. Political climate is a no-brainer factor on why that is. Before the end of this year, United States will elect a new president.

I’m not about to go on a political rant here… But I just thought of something today that could possibly be used as my “political commentary” mantra for this year. And it goes like this…

People vote-in leadership that reflect themselves. So yes, I will QUIETLY judge you according to your political preferences.

There’s no point in hiding it. You can tell a lot about a person by their political views. It’s not even a matter of a simplistic “good vs. bad” — I think I can pretty much assess a person in a nutshell based on their priorities. And political sides woe a voter by appealing to their priorities… so political persuasion is the best litmus test on how to gauge a person.

I won’t argue or debate. I’ll listen.

But don’t you dare say, “don’t judge me” — because I will judge. So fyi.
