Loved reading your article. I usually limit my coffee to just one cup before noon. And no milk or sugar. This works well for me and i dont plan on quitting. I do agree with your overall theme ….that we all have the power to change any habits we are not happy about. Sometimes all it takes is to just get started and see where it takes you….as the nike trademark says “Just do it..”
