Yvette Carnell is an ineffectual with no skills, talent, capability, no power to do anything except draw in followers to listen to her and toss a few dollars to keep her routine going. She caters to an uneducated broke psuedo-intelligent black audience who don’t have much going for themselves and looking for confirmation bias that match their level of intellectual laziness to pretend they have a pulse on something but really weak and ineffectual by choice at the end of the day.
Your response and the paragraphs you wrote is disturbing to me as a black man reading what I believe is another black man replying. You wrote paragraph after paragraph of what you think Yvette Carnell believe, what she stand for, what she “making sure” and so on. You wrote a bunch of generic “well, duh..” obvious points any African-American would understand and you presented these points as some Yvette Carnell original points of enlightenment gems.
Where are you at in all of this writing fluff you just wrote — where you at Cole Thomas in your paragraphs of text-typing? Why are you so obsessed speaking in regard to a third-party person (Yvette Carnell) outside of yourself to write as much as you did?
Luvvie has every right to come to America as well as any other African to thrive off the success of our African-American legacy and sacrifice. What she will not get away with is disrespect of our legacy. But she has every right as any other immigrant to live out the American Dream, you have no say in this matter.
No average African-American need another lecture about building up their community, not moving back to Africa or so on, they heard a lot of jive artists promote the same rhetoric for decades before Yvette Carnell arrived. No one is misrepresenting Yvette Carnell value, integrity and research — it just ain’t worth much of shit in the big picture of what African-Americans has to go and do.
