It is a mixture of dried beef, milk, and spices (kind of gravy-like but then not really because it tastes horrible to me whereas actual gravy does not taste horrible it is very much delicious) served over toast. The texture is awful.

I have heard of poi though I have never tried it. What is it, exactly? Is it something you make on occasion or is it something more suitable for a restaurant setting?
