Isn’t that a key component of law? Arguments are presented, judgements and opinions issued based on what’s presented as it relates to the constitution and written laws, then those judgements and opinions (at least the ones that set precedence, anyway) can then be used as a basis to refute other arguments?
Or did I miss something in my education? (Which is totally possible because I never paid much attention in school.)
But I digress.
I’m not revising anything. Just stating an argument based on what’s written in the constitution.
