I like how you put in the time and hard work even though this project seemed like a challenge for you! Time is very valuable in college and you have to manage it well. In the summary I wish you would of talked about the cookie that you made a little.

I really like the goal that you were going for in this cookie, there is a lot going on I can tell. You used ingredients that I would never of thought to use in a cookie. This cookie was very creative and the texture was perfect.

Your ingredients, directions, and what equipment you need, are very organized and it is super easy to follow. If I were going to make this it would be easy becasue of the lay out. What if you used other fruit to compliment your cookie? I feel if you add blueberries or a banana it would be better.

Your sketches are amazing, you did a great job of showing there uniqueness. I notice that some of your sketches have cream on top and I was wondering if you tried that. After tasting your product I think some type of cream would go nice with it.

From your two test I could assume that you have learned a lot from the experiences that you went through. I notice that the rice flour was a good addition. The test were well organized and well executed.

I notice that you kept on saying that you did not have time and that you are a busy person. But it seemed like all your work on this cookie turned out! Your pictures were great and you comments were funny. But I would like to see more doing than complaining. Over all this was a good cookie, nice work!
