Look Up, Get Up, and Don’t Ever Give Up
Life is easy, but living is hard. This is a repeated statement, that will be one of the biggest revelations for anyone to obtain and understand. Self doubt is one of the biggest stingers we all face when encountering an obstacle that seems like a juggernaut. Those moments usually come when we feel like we are running in stride, finally got some room to breath, every hurdle that was placed in front of us we leaped over, may have struggled early on but we kept at it and one by one we jumped over them all. We crossed the finish line, we broke the tape hands up, photo finish and before our heart beat is at a calming rate the next challenge is presented which seems to have came out of the blue, and the first thought nine times out of ten is, I don’t know if I got anything left in me to handle this.
The honest mental truth of an outward condition, without incorporating the heart will always lead to failed results.
Living is hard and difficult for everyone, if you don’t believe that ask the next homeless person you pass, that you’ll pay them for there story. Go buy a meal and sit with them and find out what happened to them, that got them where they are now. Time doesn’t care what color you are, nor history. Rather your rich or poor, or when you are or were born, it keeps going forward, never rewinding or standing still. So if that be true about time then we need to have that same understanding. We move forward, we don’t waste away looking back and standing still. Rather we are born into money or not, birthed in a village, or city we all have the opportunity to fight for what we want, and beat what’s before us. Yes we all get tired, want to throw the towel in and put up our hands and say forget it. But you wasn’t born to lose, and the statement, “I quit”, is only for the weak who never spent time understanding just how strong they really are. The president of the UFC Dana White, always tell young upcoming fighters, “to never leave it in the hands of the judges.” In other words go in there and give it all you got, and don’t leave your future in the hands of someone else, who have no clue or your worth or value. A worthless person is only a person who never knew there worth, find your value and keep pushing forward.
