well, good luck to you, I just wonder what would happen if I made a startup, to compete with you, choosing employees based only on their CVs (ending up with the evil white men, or the neutral asian guy).

Hey, you are in tech, what do you think the answer would be if one made a histogram of people in tech by their skills? If talent is evenly distributed, the the bigger population will have bigger numbers on all scales of talent, right?

But so what, nothing makes more sense to choose someone because of their skin color instead of his skills right?
