For me this points out how the process doesn’t fix problems it exposes them. I have seen way too often that the process is changed to try to fix a problem but the problem isn’t addressed. For instance switching from Scrum to Kanban to make it easier to inject production bugs instead of addressing why there are production bugs or the priority they are given.
