The Missing Link

People often complain, criticize in order to become dominant. They design, architect, develop, test, launch and navigate their views/ideas/vision which helps them take stock of their life. They are often responsible for what they have done and what they ought to do but they tend to blame others for what they lost or couldn’t acquire. Someone has rightly pointed that “ When a certain Worldview dominates the thinking, he will try to explain every problem he face through that Worldview.”
Results are the consequences of our efforts. There are a few things which account for the majority of the results. This can be explained through the Pareto Law which states that events in real world are governed by 80/20 rule i.e. 80% of the effects comes from 20% of the causes. According, to this rule, 20% of the things control/govern/rule the rest 80% of the things associated in that field. Where a small advantage/ leverage can make that thing account for in the 20% bracket. This advantage accumulates over a period of time and can be called as “Accumulative Advantage”. What begins as a small advantage gets bigger over time.
They say that roughly 20% of the people in the world control the resources available. You can encounter the same in all major economies of the world where a few selected have control over all the resources available with a nation. The rich become richer and the poor remain poor i.e. For all those who have, more will be given, and they will have an abundance; but from those who have nothing, even what they have will be taken away.
People struggle all over their lives to find the leverage which clearly, effectively, and rationally put them in the 20% bracket and they could govern/control/ rule the other 80%. This Missing Link helps them govern their life as they want. Moreover, this missing link can also help you connect your conscious mind with the subconscious mind.
Our views/ideas/models explain what we are and what we ought to become. This determines our vision. If we never decide on a vision of our life, we will often find ourselves living someone else’s dream. We need to determine our non-negotiate to bridge this missing link.
Finding your missing link will lead you to various failures. They can be failure of Tactics (procedural aspects), failure of Strategy (policy aspects) and failure of Vision. We need to navigate through our failures/criticism.
People always tend to make their life happening but due to various distractions/uncertainties in life they tend to lose the ground. The Missing Link is lost and they tend to ruin their life. At last, i would like to bring the fact that you might not be walking the wrong path after all. It’s just that there is so much dust swirling around you that you can’t see the path. Figure out the right tactics and strategy to find your Missing Link. Clear the dust from the air and you will find that the vision often reveals itself and you will be able to find your Missing Link.
