I’m a woman in tech, and this is what I want in a company
Leigha Mitchell

I worked at a company that strongly encouraged people to fill out cards telling other people what good things the other person had done for the one writing out the card. This encouraged people to identify others who had done a good job, or done something helpful for a team member or a client. These cards were posted on the internal website, and also read out at team meetings. That company understood that the best way to manage people is to reward positive behaviors.
