Thank you for writing this. As a fellow Illinoisan, feminist, and Democrat, I was waiting for the process to work itself out before getting invested in either candidate. And believe me, I will invest, because a Republican victory would be very bad. But the Steinem comments (and her subsequent non-apology) pushed me firmly into the Sanders camp, and you have exactly articulated why.
