感恩練習

每次被念頭及情緒干擾時,我都會做兩個練習,一是觀察呼吸,另一個是感恩的練習。我們總喜歡專注於自己缺少的東西上,而忽略所擁有的,想想自己多久沒有因為早上能夠醒來、雙腿能夠走路、眼睛能夠看見、嘴巴能夠說話進食而感恩?還是你從來都覺得這些是應份,從沒有感謝擁有這一切?

感思練習可以即使讓我們回到當下,與念頭情緒抽離,當你還在因為一個人或一件事件而生氣時,將專注力拉回到現在擁有的東西上,由身體開始數上,試試看自己有多少值得感恩的東西。對我而言,一雙完整無缺的手而佔據了十個位置,有些人因生病、意外而失去了某手指,但我們還能夠完整地使用手指的功能,你有想過這不是必然的嗎?

感恩也是冥想的一種練習,目的是要讓我們找回專注力,若你覺得平常時的觀息法、數息法過於困難,不妨試用感恩練習,時刻留意自己身邊有什麼值得感謝,而不再完全投入在頭腦的念頭之內。

真正的快樂,源自於心,心靜才能快樂起來。每日進行靜心冥想練習,讓自己隨時隨地都能心靜下來,在每一刻都能找到快樂。
