Great advice thruout. “Use words that people understand” (as opposed to buzzwords and jargon) and “Don’t start with a concession” were my two favorites. And I heard “Keep your options open” as: submit multi-option proposals to clients: we could do A, or we could do A + B, or even A + B + C; a tried and true marketing tactic.

One other thought: being anti-Trump has become politically correct — so you had a helluva nerve writing this. I think it’s one of your best posts.
