The Paradox of Discomfort

Great insights, Sarah. My favorite bit was easily choose to share your growth, because “if you wait too long, it will come out as anger, disappointment, and hopelessness, which few relationships can survive.” Tremendous wisdom in that last line.

I’ve never been good at sharing my “growth” (=new thoughts, ideas, a new way of looking at things), but I can see another big advantage: it would help clarify one’s thoughts, test them out by speaking them out loud. Of course, you’d need to share them with the right person, because acceptance and support would be crucial at that point.

Great post, thanks for sharing. Oh, BTW, you’ve got great legs. : )
