I like this idea. I think I will try your suggestions. Procrastination is one of my vices. It really kills everything and causes me to be extremely stressed all the time. Planning, as you said, only seems to aid the procrastinating. Also, I have sometimes extreme social anxiety, which unfortunately keeps me from even going to get my mail many days. I really was intrigued by your idea of doing something I am afraid of and paying attention to the feeling of the release of that fear. That made me tear up, as I know that feeling is so very good. Thats is definitely something I need to continuously remind myself of as I try to conquer the almost shut-in life I have created for myself. I want to know what happy is. Thank you.
