Yoga is the practice of quieting the mind.

I love to practice yoga but I don’t know how to do so in past. Recently I go through from a course in which I have to work on basic breathing techniques and that was the most interesting part of that course.

There are six techniques and all were very useful and effective

I done all six but I love to do Equal breathing, Alternative Nostril breathing, and kapalabhati because these were very easily and very fruitful.

Before doing that I wasn’t expecting such a comfort and relaxation. After a hell of work I was feeling very fresh when I had follow theses breathing techniques.

I love to use those techniques before interview but I am afraid that how can I do specially kapalabhati which create a lot of noise and very useful too. But I try to do so if I have chance to do so because its help me to control my nerves system.

I become a great fan of it and I try to use it especially in morning walk and before go to bed and found really helpful in both. The result is extremely great and I do suggest to all to do so.

It’s very useful when mind is stuck and we want to do some work, at that time this technique is very useful and it’s also very helpful.
