Are you talking about the voting process in creating the ideas, or the voting process of the winners?

With the former — each participant put two stars on their favorite projects and the most highly rated ideas formed into teams. With the latter — the judges ultimately decided who the winners were and feasibility was a factor in the voting process.

During the q&a with the judges, they did press-in and ask how the campaign might roll out and the possible challenges that might ensue. You can also find more info here: https://www.churchofengland.org/more/media-centre/news/church-england-announces-digital-labs-winners
