Work and Cancer
1 in 2 People will be diagnosed with Cancer? What i would like to gather research on is how fairly or unfairly are people affected by Cancer in the Workplace.
The series of questions that i fail to understand is how can a person affected by cancer be under the same managing sickness policy as someone who has broken their leg for example? Who created the Sickness policy in the first place? Is it a Compassionate and caring Sickness Policy. or is it more heavily in favour for the person who barely gets sick?
