I really enjoy your post, as I have ran digital agency business for 3 years from Pakistan. Problem I had faced is that we unable to find potential clients from International market by using freelancing sites. In local market we don’t potential business.

I always faced challenges related to price I believe its a huge factor because of work on under cost project than it will total loss

Currently I am working on another business to scale digital agency startup lets see how things will goes
