Curious, did you ever consider a scope that included groups as recipients, in addition to individuals? I ask because my own mobile photo sharing seems to be much more group-oriented (family, close friends, etc) than individual, which keeps the conversation threads among these groups continuous for all media formats (text, photo, video).
