Wow, really creative idea! I hadn’t even considered 3D touch because I just own an iPhone 6 🙈.

One step further: I’d love to dictate notes without even unlocking my phone. Of course, Siri can do this but she’s a little slow and I’m already heavily invested in Evernote. Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t like giving away that depth of OS interaction to 3rd parties. There is an Evernote widget for iOS9 Notification center that launches their note creation flow but this still requires an unlock.
