Oh how I hate that this is perfectly aligned with my own experience… It’s like nobody cares about the actual story being told anymore. I’ve had clients admit that they don’t even read, but they would want the most changes in the content I created. Sweet irony. Clients/companies that don’t have a mission, a purpose, a goal beyond “get leads and make $$$” are kind of sad, really.
